AI CONSULTING & AUTOMATION

Useful AI for the work your team already does.

We help professional-service businesses in Eastern Pennsylvania and across New Jersey find the repetitive, error-prone parts of their week and decide, plainly, whether AI-assisted software or simple automation will actually help. No hype, no chatbot for its own sake.

OUR STANCE

Start with the task, not the technology

Most of the value we see is not in a flashy assistant. It is in removing the copy-paste between a spreadsheet and a practice-management system, drafting a first pass someone still checks, or routing a document to the right person without a reminder email.

Sometimes the honest answer is a well-built form, a script, or a Microsoft 365 setting you already pay for. We will tell you that. When a language model does fit, we design around its weaknesses: it can be confidently wrong, so its output is treated as a draft until a person or a source check confirms it.

  • Human review before consequential actions

Plan approval by a named person before sending to clients, filing, paying, deleting, or changing important records. Define those review points in the project scope.

  • Source and data checks

Extracted figures are reconciled back to the source document or system, and mismatches are flagged rather than silently accepted.

  • Least privilege

Automations get only the accounts, folders, and permissions the task needs, separate from personal credentials where practical.

  • Tested before trusted

We run real-shaped sample data through a build, including messy edge cases, before it touches live work.

WHAT WE DO

Two kinds of work, one practical approach

AI-assisted custom software

Small, focused web tools built around one job: mapping columns from a client spreadsheet, organizing an intake queue, preparing a structured summary for review. Where a model helps, it assists; the application keeps the rules, the audit trail, and the final say with your staff.

  • Scoped to a single workflow first
  • Built on your existing systems where possible
  • Documented so it is supportable later

Business workflow automation

Connecting the tools you already use so information moves without retyping: form to spreadsheet, inbox to task list, document to the right folder with the right permissions. Often no AI is involved at all, and that is fine.

  • Microsoft 365 and common line-of-business apps
  • Clear failure alerts instead of silent breaks
  • Ownership and change notes handed to your team

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS

Small scope, real data, clear handoff

  1. Map the workflow

We sit with the people who do the work and document the steps, the systems, and where errors creep in.

  2. Decide the fit

AI-assisted tool, plain automation, a configuration change, or nothing. You get a written recommendation and rough scope.

  3. Set safeguards

Review points, permissions, and data handling are defined for this specific task. Safeguards scale with what is at stake.

  4. Build and test

A focused first version, tested with representative data and edge cases before anyone relies on it.

  5. Hand off and support

Documentation, ownership, and a path for changes. It can fold into ongoing support if you are a managed client.

WHAT WE WILL AND WILL NOT PROMISE

Straight talk on risk

We will

  • Explain where a model can be wrong and design review around it
  • Keep sensitive data out of tools that are not appropriate for it
  • Scope safeguards to the task and document them
  • Recommend against AI when simpler options work better

We will not

  • Guarantee compliance with any regulation or professional standard
  • Promise a specific return on investment or hours saved
  • Claim any system is fully secure or error-free
  • Let automation take consequential action without human sign-off

Your firm remains responsible for professional judgment and regulatory obligations. We help you put sensible technical controls in place; your advisors and governing bodies set the requirements.

AI consulting questions we hear most

START A CONVERSATION

Tell us about one workflow that wastes your team's time

A short description is enough. We will review it and follow up to talk through whether it is a good fit, what safeguards it would need, and what a first scope could look like.

  • No obligation and no pitch for tools you do not need
  • Plain-language recommendation, including when AI is not the answer

Tell us about your AI project

Describe the workflow you want to improve, the people involved and the tools you use. We will discuss whether automation or custom software is a sensible fit before proposing a scope.
